While Japan is a major energy-consuming country, the energy self-sufficiency rate is only six percent. It is expected that energy consumption in the world will increase dramatically in the future. It is estimated that the energy demand in 2035, especially in the developing Asian countries, will be about 1.5 times as much as in 2010. Securing stable energy resources that support living and the economy is becoming more important.

 

Technologies of turning water into fuel.

We have succeeded in the technological development of complete fusion of water and oil

Compared with current industry mixing technologies, that allow for easy separation, Eneco is able to achieve "complete fusion" of water and oil by ultra-refining components to the molecular level. Realizing and achieving safe next-generation high quality and environmentally friendly fuel. Originally, due to specific gravity, the mixing ratio of water was limited to 20%. With the introduction of nano-emulsion technology, a ratio with about 50% water can be used as fuel regardless of oil type. The technology that achieved a mixing ratio of about 50% using tap or well water is "Eneco PLASMA FUSION".

Difference between Eneco PLASMA FUSION and conventional emulsion technologies

Our Eneco PLASMA FUSION is an ultra-fine liquid reaction technology achieved by hydrogen ionization and carbon ionization. By the successful fusion of 50% water and 50% oil, we realize the refining of environmentally friendly and safe next-generation fuel.

Using a 50% water ratio with each heavy oil, light oil, kerosene and biodiesel sample, we applied and compared conventional emulsion technology against our Eneco PLASMA FUSION technology.
The superiority of our technology is evident even in the appearance.

Bus runs on public roads with Eneco PLASMA FUSION fuel

By complying to the light oil standard under Japanese tax law, for the first time in Japan, Eneco has received a manufacturing approval certificate for its emulsion fuel. With no tax difference between conventional fuel and emulsion fuel, a large oil cost reduction can be realized through the use of fused water and oil.

Since Eneco PLASMA FUSION fuel has no change in output compared to normal fuel, we not only can run on public roads, but also significantly reduce carbon dioxide and carbon monoxide emissions. Currently, our courtesy bus runs on public roads with Eneco PLASMA FUSION fuel.

On-Road testing of Eneco’s emulsion fuel

Operation tests on heavy machinery and trucks by a third party proved that there is no issue and it is expected that fuel costs will be cut by about 20% to 40% compared to use of 100% normal light oil.

They are using our fuel by which refines Eneco PLASMA FUSION.

It boasts the performance equivalent to fuel consumption, 100% diesel fuel output.

We have conducted an experiment for the purpose of comparing the energy output from Eneco PLASMA FUSION fuel against varying oil products. High performance is recorded in combustion test and environmental test.

The tests have shown that Eneco’s unique technology (“oil and water reforming technology”) delivers next generation fuel with the same combustion efficiency as conventional fuels and improved environmental characteristics.
